Privacy notice

Who we are

New Hair Masters Family Salon (“we”) runs this website. We are the data controller for the limited personal data described here, under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA).

What we collect

Nothing, unless you accept analytics cookies. If you do, Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages and sections viewed, taps on buttons such as Call now and Get directions, the type of device and browser, and your approximate location (city or country). We do not collect your name, phone number or email through this website, and IP addresses are not stored.

If you call or visit us, we only use your details to arrange and provide your appointment.

Why, and our legal basis

We use analytics to understand how many people visit and to improve the site. Our legal basis is your consent (NDPA section 25). Analytics is never used for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell personal data.

Who processes it, and where

Google Analytics is provided by Google LLC, which processes the data on our behalf and may store it outside Nigeria, including in the United States, under its contractual safeguards. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is kept for 14 months, then deleted automatically. Your cookie choice is stored only on your device.

Your rights

You can withdraw consent at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; withdrawing is as easy as giving consent and stops analytics immediately. Under the NDPA you also have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to processing and to data portability. To use these rights, call us on the number below. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (ndpc.gov.ng).
